Eimco Elecon Ind Q4 net profit jumps 51.89% at Rs 14.84 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 9.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 51.89 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.23 per cent at Rs 84.30 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.13 per cent to Rs 67.59 crore from Rs 50.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 98.73 per cent at Rs 4.71 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 2.37 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 24.05 per cent to Rs 16.71 crore as against Rs 13.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.48 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 130.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.07 per cent at Rs 4.21 crore (Mar'23 Rs 3.86 crore).
